American Cancer Society — The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the ACS has state divisions and more than 3,400 local offices. www.cancer.org

Malecare Prostate Cancer Support
Provides workshops, lectures, treatment and support groups free to all men, their loved ones and their families. The website contains over two hundred articles on cancer treatment and patient experience, updated every week with new materials.

National Cancer Institute
The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), one of eight agencies that compose the Public Health Service (PHS) in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The NCI, established under the National Cancer Institute Act of 1937, is the Federal Government's principal agency for cancer research and training. www.cancer.gov

National Ovarian Cancer Coalition — The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition's mission is to raise awareness and promote education about ovarian cancer. The Coalition is committed to improving the survival rate and quality of live for women living with ovarian cancer. www.ovarian.org

Susan Love, MD
Dr. Susan Love, author of Dr. Susan Love's Breast Book, has gone on-line to offer help and information. The author of Dr. Susan Love's Breast Book and Dr. Susan Love's Hormone Book has opened a question line for women with breast cancer. The site is informational, and has chat rooms and bulletin boards, but also allows women to ask questions about breast cancer and menopause via e-mail for a fee that will also bring them a timely newsletter with updated information on breast cancer research and treatment.   www.SusanLoveMD.com
